As of December, 2022, only 8% of Wyandotte County COVID-19 is FULLY vaccinated, which includes the updated (bivalent) booster dose.

    If you have COVID-19 symptoms and test positive, do not wait to get treated. Take oral COVID-19 medication within 5 days of your first COVID-19 symptoms.

    You can order FREE at-home COVID-19 tests from U.S. Postal Service. Every U.S. household is eligible to order 4 free at-home COVID-⁠19 tests.

  • NEW: Project ACT

    Get FREE at-home test kits from Project Access Covid Tests (ACT). These are free, rapid, at-home COVID-19 test kits for residents in eligible communities while supplies last.

  • Find A Neighborhood Clinic

    There are pop-up neighborhood clinics with FREE vaccines & tests, as well as free food, hygiene products, and health screenings when available.

    Monkeypox Vaccine

    The Unified Government Public Health Department (UGPHD) has a limited supply of monkeypox vaccines (JYNNEOS vaccines) available for eligible individuals. Complete this form to see if you are eligible for a monkeypox vaccine.

  • Open Enrollment

    Open enrollment for health insurance on HealthCare.Gov ends on January 15th. If you already have coverage through the Marketplace, the rules in your Marketplace health plan for treatment for COVID-19 remain the same as any other viral infection, but your health insurance company may have added benefits.
